Assault Family Violence Charge Dismissed in Travis County

The client of Driscoll and Hug was arrrested and charged with the offense of commiting assault with family violence by Travis County. After several months of waiting for our day in court, the state choose to dismiss the charges against the client rather than let the case go before a jury. Possession of Marijuana Dismissed in Travis County

Driving While Intoxicated found NOT GUILTY in Williamson County

A Driscoll and Hug client was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in Williamson County. The client was pulled over after passing an officer stopped at a red light and running through the traffic light. The client consented to and failed all field sobriety tests.

The state prosecutors refused to dismiss the client's case and Andrew Hug tried the case to a jury. The Williamson County jury found the client not guilty in cause number 07-9586-3.

Driving While License Invalid Charge Dismissed in Travis County

Attorney George Driscoll obtained a dismissal of his client's charge of Driving While License Invalid in Cause Number CICR06-751541. The client was pulled over by the Austin Police Department an arrested for driving while their license was under suspension from the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Driscoll and Hug obtained another dismissal for our client. The client was charged with misdemenor theft after being caught stealing new tennis shoes from a department store. The client admitted to police that he had stolen the property.

DWI with Breath Test Dismissed in Tarrant County

Driscoll and Hug Senior Partner George Driscoll represented a charged in Tarrant County with Driving While Intoxicated (Case Number 1162853). The client consented to taking a breath test and was over the legal limit. Driscoll and Hug senior partner George Driscoll tried the case to a jury.
